Category-Based Routing
You don't want coffee orders printing at the grill.
1Go to **Admin > Settings > Printers**.
2. Assign categories to devices:
* Bar Printer: Linked to 'Drinks' category.
* Kitchen KDS: Linked to 'Food', 'Dessert' categories.
When an order contains both a Steak and a Coke, the Steak goes to the KDS, and the Coke ticket sends to the Bar Printer.
